Your banner and blog look beautiful, Steph and so do your photographs and journal entry featuring citrus. I ADORE the smell and taste of citrus!
Even thinking about it makes me happy!!

I just got done dehydrating oranges and lemons and right now it's habaneros that are drying. Outside of course in the dehydrator or the house would be filled with too strong of chili smell. Beautiful dry oranges Stephanie and your journal page as well. Thanks for sharing.

Alas, mine burned too, Stephanie. And sadly, I had nothing to show for my thwarted efforts. I am going to get a dehydrater or wait until the summer and dry them outside and see the results then.
