come along with me as I go downhill skiing this past holiday season for the first time in about a century...
as we head up the mountain
beautiful in the soft changing light
traffic through the tunnel
a cold crisp day with pretty good snow considering the lack of it this year...a couple things I love about coming back to this...
these little warming devices that keep my hands and toes comfortable!
brilliant
short shaped skiis that practically ski themselves
helmets that actually keep your head and ears warm besides keeping them safe
I'm born again...
I believe that is snow falling in front of my nose but I can't be sure

FUN in the snow! We've had snow here off & on all during the end-of-year-holidays. We were out on a walk yesterday after some melt and icing... amazing to notice all the ice formations & changes to the snow. I'm learning to like winter more. ;o) Happy Days, Stephanie ((HUGS))

I love those helmets, too. I feel like getting one even though I don't ski and I live in ave temps of 70.
