Oh my goodness Stephanie. I thought about you yesterday as I was hearing the news and wondered if it was affecting your area. Oh I'm so sorry, but glad that you and your family are okay. That is so scary. My heart goes out to all the families there. It is just so terrible. Thinking of you and your family. Take care and be well.

OMG - I'm not that familiar with Longmont but it still is hard to imagine. My friend, Berni, and her family sold two houses this summer on 2nd Avenue. The smaller one on the south side of 2nd Ave is under water. I wonder what happened to Savy Seconds?
Be careful and stay away from the running water. Glad you live on the hill.
