You're totally right.I think the only way to survive these turbulent,insane times is to focus on the good, be grateful everyday for the innocent and natural world around us and for dear friends and family.Appreciation and Love.

your mom has it right!I am sick of nothing but rude people on the tv! so I don't turn it on! I have enjoyed Anderson Cooper and Gloria Vanderbuilt's book and cleaned out piles of stuff I don't need or want to do from my supplies! Election day cant come soon enough!

    2016 is a potent year for me...sweet '16, it is my 60th year and since I made the decision to keep this blog going for at least another year I am going to use this as a daily gratitude practice. If you choose to visit and perhaps leave a comment I am grateful for that too.
