Edit: From our neighbor Steve, Diane Wolford with Animal Control responded and climbed a ladder to the roof. She made her little raccoon noises and the little miss (verified) responded and came to her. Diane picked her up with no resistance or struggle and took her to the AC truck to transport the little lady to Greenwood Wildlife Rehab Center. Diane thinks this may have been her first foray outside the nest, since she's still too young to feed herself yet.
