The light is warm....even though a cold wind is blowing....magic warmth...spreading,
and I have bowls and bowls of sunshine....
waiting for shrine building and wanting to surround candles.
Walking to the post office I was attracted to the orange and blue and noticed movement in my peripheral vision, upon closer inspection.....someone was watching...
I have a sugar skull tutorial coming up soon...stay tuned.
I love the way you have things. The colors are radaint as must be your personality. Thx so much for sharing, you give me incentive. Have a great day.

I tried to get in earlier today but tech gnomes were causing trouble...
I wanted to tell you that I think your squirrel picture is PERFECT...the color of the leaves and the look on his face...

I haven't signed up for the Dia de Bloglania yet, but you have inspired me and I will definitely be celebrating at home. My husband is even getting into the spirit of the day. Yesterday the Papel Picados I ordered came in the mail. Maybe next year I will start planning soon enough to make my own :D

Yes, yes, must get marigolds tomorrow at the green market.
Such lovely pictures - super to see Tess. You must be so proud of her.
Thank you for including me on the list for the celebration of the 2nd. Nov.

Oh that orange and blue - and that emerald green vase too...I'm drinking in all your colors here. That's a magical squirrel, I think - look how all the leaves he's touched have turned to gold! ;-)

My old apartment was painted blue and orange. Or as I liked to tell people, sky and terra cotta. It looked soothing and inviting the minute you walked in.
The bowl of marigolds look fab. I can't wait for your tutorial, I really want to try to make these. I will order the molds, and if they come late OH WELL! at least I'll have skulls to put out at some point, right?

I bet your house smells so good. I got such a kick out of the little squirrel.. I am impressed that you can get them to sit still like that - they are usually half way around the block by the time I get the camera turned on

Such vivid colours...so beautiful. Is that one of your paintings hanging on the wall in the first photograph? And where did you find all those marigolds? Did you raid the neighborhood gardens late at night again? ;p Just kidding, really! They are lovely. :)
