A week of travel will do that to me....fractured feeling...a little wonky
those vata energies needing to be balanced and brought down to earth. These shots are of downtown Grand Rapids, a vibrant art infused city, seemed to best reflect my day.
More to share soon of our alley art project, the hanging of mosaics that I missed but Mr R captured for me.
Well, those images really do say what you need them to, don't they. Calming breath work and some warm chai ought to put you right. That and getting back to a routine.
Peace~

Just think how beautifully put together all those fractured pieces are below!
maybe you will knot back together to something wonderfully different?
The images sing.
Also I love your new mango studio header.

Fractured --yessss. Sometimes, that's what happens, but, it kinda matches-mosaics are all about fractures of sorts :) Fractured pieces make up the mosaics that are our lives, maybe?
Maybe Roo could use a nappy nap.
I am glad hubs took more shots of the alley projects, I was kinda hoping there would be a REVEAL! :)
Rest well lovely one~
XOXOXOXO Rhonda Roo

Fractured ~ yet lovely photos! Thank you ~
Traveling can be exhausting, hard.
It can take a toll. Packing unpacking, waiting, flying, decompressing, new place to try to sleep. Hard to explain. Always happy to get there, yet it takes away too. Then when you arrive home, things must be attended to.
Hugs and WELCOME home Steph.
Tell Mr. R. great photographs!
Good night.

I was in Grand Rapids for a Portfolio Day at the the Kendall College of Art and Design while I was still working and it really does have a flourishing are scene.
I love the idea of your alley art project and look forward to seeing the finished projects! What a great idea.

these are so cool. i think my vata energies are the most prominent. i don't think that's generally good...

Didn't know you were away, but glad you're back safe. Sounds like you need to revive a bit. You have a good head on your shoulders, you'll do okay, I'm sure of it. (But I'll send a little positive energy your way anyhow.)
Can't wait to see more mosaics.
The fractured photos, those are amazing! At the Earth Angels Coffeehopuse here in River falls, it is housed in an old home. The windows facing the street are poured glass from late 1800's, early 1900's. Sometimes the street looks rippled as the glass has "wrinkles"
These are great images.
Peace.
Grand Rapids, Michigan? Did you wave when you passed Wisconsin? :-)
