Pass the Paint Please
Seven of us have a show in November and Annette suggested a round robin of 7 paintings... it seemed daunting...but then they started to grow on me... Perfect weather so Katy and I spent an hour or so passing paintings...

For Peace and Tolerance
Hunting and gathering objects... and images... to assemble a more literal interpretation of sanctuary... drilling and gluing to create a new work for a couple of upcoming shows. I'll have this piece on hand at Mango Studio for the Longmont...

Early morning Airport Haiku; everything out of your pockets; id and boarding pass out; are you a seasoned traveler, vacation traveler or where do I go next traveler? We need to pat you down, try to enjoy it. Would you like a private screening so we can both enjoy it? We know you have choices, why did you pick us? Have a nice flight and keep smiling; it makes people nervous! Misguided Airlines.

I love gerbera daisies. They are a joyful flower and these are lovely autumnal colors. The light you have captured is beautiful and so is the haiku.
