First Night...of Lights

I lit the candles for the first night of Hanukkah...

I put the Thanksgiving turkey in the oven this afternoon...we'll have the latkes later when Tess comes home...

seems like yesterday we lit a candle with you on the first nite last year!. did you happen to see peter yarrow's (peter,paul, mary)special on public broadcasting this week end? on our pbs he sang "lite a candle" and wished all the holiday wishes. It was a great program and he had some wonderful musicians with him.he did say that"mary" ,who has passed ,was standing right there listening!
