of Chinese herbs...just as I begin to see some relief after weeks and weeks of battling this congestion and cough....it comes back. I am putting my hope in yet another pot of herbs.

Sorry you aren't feeling well Stephanie. How about Yerba Buena. We always drank a tea of the mint when we were kids and I still do. Hope you feel better. Is this your Mr. R?? When he was younger? Not that he's old....:) Does he still run? Looking good! :()
