A little Day of the Dead Merry go-round...one of the pieces that will be at the Longmont Museum and Cultural Center for a new art gift shop.
The musuem does an incredible Dia de los Muertos exhibit every year...
I'm excited to be the featured artist in this inaugural gallery shop of small works for sale.
The show opens this Friday for members and Saturday to the public, it is something not to miss if you have the chance.
you have me spinning in wishes are wanting to me there with you and all the twirling dreams and love!

If I could be there I would. I want to spin around like that too. Great skulls. I'm working on a couple right now. Enjoy. Hope all is going great. Take care.

I enjoy reading your blog, Stephanie. My daughter lives in Longmont and your blog keeps me in touch with some of the cultural events there. The Dia de los Muertos art is of particular interest - I love the whole idea of this holiday and enjoy seeing works by other artists. I am grateful that my daughter lives in such a lovely place with so much going on.

CONGRATULATIONS for being chosen as the featured artist Steph!
WHat a cool skull Merry go Round!! I read Dorian's comment (who I remember fondly) talking about your fair Longmont and she is not the only one. This makes my heart happy to know that you live in such a beautiful and artistic place!!
Hugs from afar. A N D
Thanks for continuing to dance with me!, it's so much fun!

Hi Stephanie, nice to visit with you today, even if it was so brief. Your pieces in the Longmont Museum gift shop look WONDERFUL! Congratulations on that coup. Hope to see you at the Studio 12 Gallery openings, and if you have a chance, please come to my talk at the Longmont Museum on October 12 at 7 pm.
