how we look at things...what we bring to the conversation
sometimes it's not a clear as one would imagine. My yoga practice lately has been a balance of Tapas (building heat, trying new paths) and Santosha (contentment, accepting and embracing of where we are)
Off on a wonderful adventure...much to share in the coming weeks
have fun/1

Hiiiii, Stephanie! So good to see your warm and smiling face over there ----> and to know that while things do change, good and bad, some core truths remain evident; your skill, creativity, compassion, and grace.
I hope 2014 brings you the openness you seek.
(As for me I hope to BE peace and USE time wisely). :)

Hey Girl,
BB and I were speaking of you and this post!! She was saying how you inspired her for her practice. I'm glad to know your arm/wrist? is better, that you are back on the bandwagon!!
Hugs to you Steph,
Happy for you for your practice for what it has offered you and the world!
