a Water Meditation

on the water...only me and the birds

and the gift to draw from the eagles

this majestic guy

speaking to me of life and dignity

others around me struggle

I can let this calm me as I send love and light their way

and the sentinels

calm even though being buzzed by many little insects

zooming in to view the power held in check

and savoring the gift.
